The company was founded by acquirring a small housing project and renamed as “Ornsirin 1” with a starting capital of 10 million Baht. With in only one year, the company was able to close the first housing project sale. - 2006

2007 – 2009 During these years, Thailand’s property boom has benefited our company’s sales revenue. The sales was gradually increased and the company developed another project; Ornsirin 2.

2010 – 2011 The Company expanded exponentially; 5 projects (namely Ornsirin 3, Ornsirin 4, Ornsirin 5, Ornsirin Townhome 1 and The Next Condominium 2) where our first townhouse project and condominium project were launched during these years. The company’s sales revenue started to grow steadily.

2012 The company increased the registered capital to 500 million baht, preparing for expansion of new property development projects. The total capital of the conpany and subsidiaries were at 700 million baht, where 6 new projects (Ornsirin 6, Business Center 1, Business Center 2, The Next Condominium 1 and The Next Condominium 3) were launched during this year.

2013 – 2014 Ornsirin saw big potential in luxury property market, The ASTRA Condominium (one of the biggest residential condominiums with over 60,000 sqm. of construction area in Chiangmai) was launched. Four low-rise projects were also launched; namely Business Center 4, Business Center 5, Ornsirin 11 and Ornsirin 14, which eventually pushed the toal project value to 8,600 million baht.

2015 During this year, Ornsirin has gone through series of improvements which including restructuring the management of the organization, recruiting real-estate professionals, introducing the Quality Management System (ISO 9001) into the company working system and preparing for listing in Thailand Stock Market in the future. The company mission and vision of being a leading proprty developer in Northern Thailand focusing on building a better living for home buyers and all stakeholders under a good governance were enrooted into our employee’s minds. Parenting company, Ornsirin Holding, was established for enhancing the structure for the company future expansion. Four other subsidiaries were also founded, including of North Home company (focus on high-rise condominium project), North Home property company (focus on low-rise condominium project), Ornsirin Group company (focus on commercial property) and Ornsirin Property company (focus on housing property).

2016 New commercial building of shophouse was launched. Urban Myx was our 19th project on the pipeline.

2017 On Febuary 2017, Five subsidiaries were amalgamated into “Ornsirin Property company”, which operated under “Ornsirin Holding company” in order to preparing to be listed in Thailand stock market later on.

A good project that is pleasant and complete everything

It is a single housing project located in a potential location in Chiang Mai. It is under construction. My wife and I are interested in this project. I have already reserved 1 house, a single house with a beautiful design and the structure is of a good standard. It is a family-friendly house, in which the interior is perfectly proportioned. Besides, the décor and color tones are beautiful. The home electrical system is also safe because the Smart Home Automation system has international standards, which is very modern and comfortable. My wife and I are satisfied with this project. In addition to the project in a location, it is easy to travel and easy to get around. Also, it is situated in a peaceful and secure community.
House project for the new generation

I have already booked a 3 bedroom house for Blossom in this project. After seeing the model house, I think it's suitable for my family because it is a single house with a large area, sufficient for children and pets. The location is good, about 15 minutes from Central Festival and close to Big C Donchan. Also, I was impressed with the design. The house in the project is a modern style that blends Thai traditions. It looks simple but eye-catching. The project houses are also equipped with an automation system that can control the turn on and off of certain appliances through the application. Also, it detects movement helping with safety. I like this one, and it is a project for a new generation.
Innovative house in good location

Can't wait to move in. I decided to buy it here right after seeing the mock-up house. The design is modern with an innovative system, as you can turn on and off the AC and lights from your phone. It makes life a lot easier. The house is very spacious with a green garden around, which makes it look shady and comfortable. The location is excellent. It's not far from Chiang Mai city. So easy to travel everywhere. Only 15 mins driving to the Central Festival shopping mall and 30 mins to the airport. The clubhouse here is also large, but I'm not sure that it will be enough for all residents. I recommend that the project should expand the area. As for the price, I think it is not expensive, so it's worth it.

It is a new project located in San Kamphaeng District, an area with many tourist attractions. Also, the atmosphere is perfect. I think if the project is completed, there will be a lot of people to reserve. When I went to see the model house, I was impressed at first sight because the house style is modern, looks clean, and has space for raising pets and doing family activities. Besides, there is a clubhouse and swimming pool. I think it is complete and I don't have to go anywhere. Now I can't wait. I want the project to be completed as quickly as possible. !!

My wife and I are a newly-married couple looking for a home for our family. I saw the project from the advertisement on the website, so I was very interested. This is a new liveable project in a beautiful and modern design, suitable for the young generation. The house model I visit was a 3-bedroom house, a proper size for a small family like mine. There is a parking lot, and the outdoor area is not too small. The interior is in modern style, decorated with good quality materials. I like the atmosphere as it's quiet. The staff also has very good service. I haven't moved in yet, but very impressed with the service ^^
