Direction to the Project
To get to the project by public transport, you can take the BTS service. The nearest station to the project is Ekkamai BTS. Once you get off the station, you can take a taxi to the project or walk to the project, which will take approximately 34 minutes. Firstly, head to Ekamai Road / Soi Sukhumvit 63 for about 1.8 kilometers, and turn right onto Soi Ekamai 22 for 240 meters. After that, turn left for 110 meters and turn right onto Soi Yaowarat. Within 550 meters, you will find the project on the right-hand side.

To get there by car, you can start from Sukhumvit Road (Route 3), on the opposite side of Sukumvit Hospital. Firstly, head northwest along Route 3 for about 300 meters and turn right at the South Ekamai Intersection onto Ekamai Road/Soi Sukhumvit 63. Then, go straight for 1.8 kilometers and turn left onto Soi Ekamai 22. Then, go straight for 110 meters and turn right onto Soi Yaowarat. Within 550 meters, you will find the project on the left-hand side.

I've seen the sample unit from this project, and I would say that it is awesome and luxurious. Anyway, I think it's too expensive for me, so I didn't buy it. I think this place is suitable for family living. There are not many facilities in the project because the area is relatively small, but there is a 24H security with the access control system. The townhouse I have seen is four floors high, 7.5 meters wide, has three bedrooms and five bathrooms. The structure and materials used in the construction and decoration are perfect. I don't want to come out of here. This area is nice to live in, everything is ready, near Donki Mall, Thonglor, which is suitable for younger people for sure. I would rate 8/10 for this project. The only downside that I've found in the small facilities. Apart from that, this project is fantastic.
