In case you visit the project via public transport, you can use the Skytrain as it is very convenient. Get off at Phrom Phong BTS, and go southeasterly for 240 meters. Then, turn left and go down for 71 meters and turn left again. Keep walking for 130 meters, and you will see Soi Sukhumvit 43, turn right into the alley, and walk for 160 meters. You will find the project on your left.

In terms of using a private car, start from Sukhumvit Road heading towards Asoke Intersection. Keep driving for 1.5 kilometers. Then, turn left into Soi Sukhumvit 43. You will find the project location on the left-hand side.

The old condo is located in a quiet and convenient location.

This condo looks a little old, but it is ideal for relaxation as it is located in a quiet alley, and people are not crowded as well. Walking to Phrom Phong BTS and Emporium is very convenient. Even though the construction was completed for a long time, the quality is still good. The rooms are designed with well-proportion. The living room is spacious and fully furnished. The balcony offers the city view, but it's not very beautiful because it is only 7 floors. There are a water heater and standard sanitary ware in the bathroom, which there are no distinctive points. Usually, I rarely get in the room. I mostly spend my time outside at the weekend. The facilities are considered full, including a gym, a communal pool, and helpful staff. Overall, I think it's worth the money !!
