Ten Thai Co., Ltd. established since July 29, 2004. Our Headquarter is at 403/76 Sukonthasawat Rd., Ladprao, Bangkok. We started real estate business by opening apartment for rent in 2009. And we moved forward to condominium business in 2012 by opening "The Unique Ladprao 26", 8-storey condominium, 62 units, with highly response from customers. In December 2012, we launched another project called "The Unique Ladprao 10", 10-storey condominium, 125 units, and finished selling all units within 3 months after presale period.
