Beautiful cozy condo, outstanding facilities for a low rise development. The lobby is very inviting and residence love to mingle there. The property management is of high standards and the construction materials are outstanding. Well done! one of the nicest low rise developments in Bangkok so far

I've been here for almost 2 months now. It's located in the prime location near Onnut BTS station. It makes my life a lot easier as I don't wast my time with Bangkok's traffic. Also, I like the design of this project. The greenery area inside the condo is so relaxing. The room's interior design also makes me feel cozy, and it also gives me a homey feeling. The room that I stay in is a one-bedroom type, which is not that large but well-proportioned. Unfortunately, the project only has one-bedroom available. It's suitable for living with only 1-3 people. Another thing that impressed me is the project has an innovative system that allows me to turn on and off the lights and air conditioners via the mobile app, which is very convenient. There are restaurants and many convenience stores. If you love shopping, you can take the BTS to The Emporium and The Emquartier. For me, I usually spent time in the garden. There are also a gym and a pool provided. It's good quality for a reasonable price.
