Then, turn left onto Phutthamonthon Sai 1 Road and continue for 600 meters. Next, turn left onto Suan Phak Road, drive straight and continue for 750 meters. After that, turn right and go straight on the Si Rat-Outer Ring Road Express Way with a distance of 2.4 kilometers. Then, turn left to Soi 10 and keep going for 290 meters. Then turn right onto Soi Ratchaphruek 24, and you will find the project in the front.

To get to the project by public transport, you can take the BTS SkyTrain. The nearest station is Bang Wa BTS. For your convenience, once you get off the station, you can take a taxi to the project, which is 10 kilometers away or takes about 11 minutes to travel.

I bought a second-hand three-bedroom house with furniture from an acquaintance at a reasonable price last year. In my house, there is a spacious area suitable for family living. There is also a clubhouse, swimming pool, and fitness center within the project. It's perfect for a gym fitness enthusiast like me. I used to pay monthly to go to the gym, which helps me save up a lot. In terms of location, it is considered good, quiet, and private. Importantly, it's not far from Central Pinklao, Taling Chan Floating Market, and government offices.
