- To get to the project by public transportation, you can take the BTS Skytrain and get off at Ekkamai BTS Station. When exiting the station, continue heading southeast to go onto Soi Sukhumvit 42 for about 24 meters. Then, slightly keep right and continue to Soi Sukhumvit 42. After that, continue for 250 meters, turn right onto Soi Sukjai to continue straight for another 300 meters, and you will find the project on the left.

- To get to the project by private car, you can start on Rama IV Road by heading east to go onto Soi Atthakrawi about 1.7 kilometers. Then, turn left at Kluai Nam Thai Intersection to Soi Sukhumvit 42, continue for 450 meters, and turn left. Then, continue going to Soi Sukjai, continue for another 300 meters, and you will find the project on the left.

It is a new condominium that's been completed recently. When I made the rental agreement, the room owner told me that I am the first renter to move into this room. So, I can say that everything is very new, ready to use. The rooms are spacious and are good. It has complete furniture and some electrical appliances are also provided. More importantly, the common area has a lot of facilities, there are two swimming pools together, including the sky pool. Anyone who likes to sunbathe, I recommend this pool. But for me, I like the swimming pool on the ground floor because it is shady, full of trees, making me feel relaxed. It's convenient to stay here, which is a short walk to Ekkamai BTS station. Right here, I rarely use a private car. Moreover, the condo is not far from the Gateway Ekamai department store to go shopping, eat, etc., it is convenient. So I am very impressed with this place. It's perfect for me, and I will continue staying here.

This condo is in the city center. It’s easy to go anywhere as it’s not far from the main roads such as Sukhumvit Road, Rama IV Road, and Ekamai BTS Station, which takes about a 10-minute walk. The room we bought is a one-bedroom unit; the size is okay. There is a clear room layout divided into the kitchen, the living area, and a walk-in closet. More importantly, the security system is quite strict so that you can be at ease during your stay.
