Design Concept
The design was started from inside to the outside by the room layout putting emphasize on the opened views (city inward & city outward) and make the view to other neighbor buildings less relevant. The façade design comes from shading device on the opened view elevation, vertical fin, to dominate with a glass façade and be the pattern of elevation. The other buildings have cladding as precast concrete slab, which not only creates the perception of strong and safety but also differentiates with the glass wall. All elevations are united by the simple module of the material.
