There are only 4 townhomes in this project because privacy is the main focus. The project has designed the house to have 4 bedrooms in a spacious usable area of ​​up to 253 square meters and can adjust to any function as you like. However, there is no clubhouse or common area, but there is still security from both security guards and CCTV throughout the project. In terms of location, this neighborhood has many housing projects. You won’t be lonely. Also, it is surrounded by many facilities, such as CentralPlaza Lat Phrao which is not far away. When it comes to transport, it is convenient because you can access both Ratchadaphisek Road and Suthisarn Winitchai Road, or you can choose to use the underground train service at Ratchadaphisek MRT station.
