My friend recommended this condo to me because I am looking for a new condo on Ramkhamhaeng Road. This place is great for me, close to many amenities, restaurants, shops, communities, 7-Eleven, shopping malls, such as The Mall Bangkapi and Big C. I had a chance to visit the showroom. I like the 1-bedroom unit very much because the room is well-proportioned into a bedroom, living area, kitchen with glass door, and outdoor washing area at the balcony. The room is beautiful with a good design. There are also complete facilities, such as swimming pools, a fitness center, gardens, a lounge, a meeting room, and many more. The starting price is quite reasonable. It is an excellent place to live or speculate.
