my wife and i live in supalai veranda ramkamhaeng (svr) for a bit more than 1 year. we purchased a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo here and are very happy. it is surprisingly quiet to live here. the main advantages of svr and our place are: > o meters to the subway station rajamangkala (directly at the project entrance) > 2 bathrooms in the largest 2 bedroom condos > kitchen with hood exhaust that sucks fumes to the outside of the condo > 2 entrances/exits to the project (ramkamhaeng + huamark) > tops supermarket inside the project > sports authority thailand complex with healthy park and stadium for walking/jogging within walking distance.

i've been here for 2 years now. it's a 3-bedroom detached house with a spacious living room decorated with premium-grade furniture. i really like the sports club, especially the large swimming pool and the fully-equipped gym. another good thing is that the project is not far from central eastville and nawaminthrachinuthit bodindecha school, where my child studies.

i went to see the showroom. in the meantime, the project is under construction, and i have to wait for it to be completed quickly because i want to move in soon. the room i visited is a 1-bedroom plus, size 33 square meters. the interior is arranged into 2-floors, the ceiling is very high, it's not cramped. it can accommodate for 2-person, comfortable. there are sections in the kitchen corner, living room, and bathroom. the common area is complete with facilities, and suitable for new generation workers. there is a lot of space for working. as for commuting, it will be convenient when the mass transit construction is completed. there are both mrt and bts within walking distance. investment in this project is definitely worth it.

it is a new and well-organized project located in an excellent location, adjacent to the mall ramkhamhaeng, which is complete. there are restaurants, supermarkets, banks, and many more shops. if anyone moves to this area, i can assure you that you will not be disappointed. there are a lot of restaurants lined along the road, which are all delicious. there are also various fashionable clothes to choose from at affordable prices. from the condo to ramkhamhaeng university, it only takes about 10 minutes. very convenient!

i bought a townhome for this project 3 years ago. it has a beautiful and luxurious design. the project offers a european style in the exterior and a classic style in the interior, which is perfect. my house is a 3-story townhome with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, which is ideal for my medium-sized family. the project's common areas are beautiful and kept clean, but the atmosphere may be chaotic during the holidays due to the many people in the project. besides, it's very convenient to travel by private car because it's not far from the main road and there is no traffic jam in this zone. if you don't want to drive far, you can take the arl. i always drive to the hua mak arl and take its service to work on mondays and fridays.

the house project is beautiful and very modern. i chose this house to live with my family. the location is perfect as it’s close to the expressway, and international schools. plus, it is easy to get to suvarnabhumi airport. my house is a luxurious 4-bedroom unit which is an ideal for my family. it also comes with complete furniture. i’ve made the right decision to pay a little more, but what i gained is worth it. the project also places a high value on the residents' safety and privacy. the project site is 19 rai, but there are only 69 units available. the common area is huge. there is also a clubhouse, a swimming pool, a fitness center, and playground.

even though the condo is next to the main road, i have no noise issues. i can not hear the traffic noise at all. it is so good for me. this condo allows pets, but i think the pet zone is quite small, and they have lots of pet rules. the common areas are nice and clean. i really like the atmosphere here, especially in the rooftop garden where i love to relax and read a book. i bought the unit on the 25th floor. it's a one-bedroom with standard furniture and well divided the room into proportion. this condo can be a good investment option as it is close to the malls, the hospitals, and the mrt station, which are under construction.

since entering the project area, the atmosphere is shady; there are large trees and plenty of green spaces. each house is well-planned. there is an area nearby that is not crowded at all. the security system is also strictly enforced in the village. a clubhouse, a swimming pool, and fitness facilities are also available. the house also comes in a variety of styles to suit the needs of each family. the house where i live has three bedrooms and a spacious interior. and it's also very well designed. moreover, the location is excellent with convenient transportation, whether via the main road and the expressway. importantly, it takes less than half an hour to get to suvarnabhumi airport.
